"I have been wanting to write a review for Bird for a while now. We had started using Bird back around 2012 or so after we had lackluster performance from other mechanics, and had even been conned by someone down the street. I am the typical woman who doesn't know very much about vehicles and am therefore often taken advantage of. I saw Bird had good reviews and took the chance. I was so glad I did! Every single contact with Bird has been wonderful. They are truly the most trustworthy mechanic I have ever encountered. Their prices are very reasonable and they always go above and beyond to take care of our vehicles. There have been so many times where I get the total for my visit and I say "that's it?" They never try to get you to do work to your vehicle that you don't need or want. They always try to get you the best price. I needed tires one day and when I was ordering them, the guy explained the prices of the tires and helped me get the best price. You would think that it would be in their best interest to give you the higher priced ones, right? Not them. Unfortunately, we recently moved out of the area and so we can no longer use them. I really wish I could just take them with me where I am now.
