"I was in a tough situation with a tire situation I had for my car they were special tires first of all they're very hard to find there was very little time left in the day and not quite enough funds available at the moment to make it happen there was a employee by the name of Jr when above and beyond to make it work and get the job done and give me back on the road the customer service I received was extraordinary and they will get my business in a very near future and as long as I get that kind of service I'll continue to go back there. I'd recommend this place to have your work done. I only had tires put on but like I said they were special tires in there was special circumstances with these tires and rims. With great professionalism in speed and care. Look for an employee named RJ he will take care of you. He went above and beyond to help me get back on the road. And I'm forever grateful."
"I'm not sure where to start with this franchise, but I will say I've been to three locations, and not one of them had a woman working there. It's a good Ole Boys club, which can be toxic for men and women. I paid $4300 dollars for the most sexist experience I've ever encountered in my life. I will post the few texts between myself and the district manager because this franchise has a long chain of command that is sexist. This will hopefully showcase that the chain of command here is trying to sweep some of their issues under the rug (bad administrative practices and discriminatory) January 23rd, 2024, I placed an order with good Ole Joey at the temecula location. Joey was apparently moved to another location due to his actions towards me ( which Joey isn't the sole issue. It's the whole shop, the environment. ) I was introduced to this company by my fiance, who also got their vehicle serviced prior to me bringing my vehicle in. Instead of joey making me my own account. Joey has me pay $4300 and sign under ANOTHER person's account (aka my fiancé). Both my fiance and I have an issue with this as we know many women in our past who have tried to escape abusive relationships and have been unsuccessful when establishments like this one don't see women customers as individuals. When Joey neglected basic administrative duties by not making me an account, he also neglected communicating the process of my vehicle because he didn't even list my email or phone number as primary on the account. ( Even though he asked me for the information. Were you just starring at the screen day dreaming?) I brought this issue up to corporate and explained to them that this was unacceptable. The corporate representative, Stephanie, told me she reached out to the district manager, Thomas myer, about the situation. Instead, Joey contacted me and argued with me about the complaint I had made. This is crazy because Joey STILL has yet to make me a customer profile, which was the complaint. Without a customer profile, my $4300 purchase is not warrantied as it's not under my name. I would also like to emphasize that my fiance merely introduced me to this franchise. He did not pay, sign, drop off, or pick up my vehicle. But my name was nowhere on the account. The only information that was put in of mine was my address, credit card authorization, signature for the credit card authorization, my LICENSE PLATE #, and every other piece of information that identifies myself BUT my actual name, and phone number. I could go on and on about the mistakes made here, but instead, I will give you information on how to handle a group of men who absolutely hate working in customer service. - always get tracking numbers if you order equipment through them - If they tell you all the parts didn't come from the manufacturer in time, cancel your order. It took over a week to receive my parts (tires, rims, lift kit). Wanna know why it took so long? Because the mechanic didn't do a simple layout and check all the parts before putting my vehicle on the car elevator to start the process. What sucks is that I even gave them an extra day before bringing my car in. How come you didn't check the parts a day before? - make sure all the information on your account is correct. If it isn't, call corporate - this could easily void your warranty if you paid for something and aren't found in the system. - if they are being rude to you, just leave. In total I was given only $250 discount for all the horrible customer service. This is after I took my vehicle back 3 separate occasions. Basically, they paid me under minimum wage as compensation for their mistakes. They are not worth your time, money, or stress. Because they still have not corrected basic administrative information over 1 month after completed service leads me to now seek a discrimination lawyers as i now have ample proof to show discrimination.(They are sending my refund receipts to my fiancé ). I wish I could say " do better ramona" but they can't even do basic administrative procedures or inventories."
"They are always so friendly and work me in that day if they can. I’ve gone in there a few times with nails in my tires and they always take them out and patch it up for free. They give a small town feel and treat you as such. I’ve always had a great experience with them."
"Greg, the Assistant Manager, was extremely courteous, friendly, and accommodating. The prices for the tires I needed were lower than many other places I checked, and the work was done quickly and efficiently! I was so pleased with every aspect of my experience! I highly recommend this business!"
