"37% of the machines, including both large washing machines, are currently OUT OF ORDER and it has been like this for way too long ! The lack of working machines hampers the ability of the business' employees to perform fluff and fold services and causes tensions amongst the other patrons just trying get their laundry done in a reasonable amount of time You roll the dice when you choose this laundromat. Why the owners don't spend some of their profits on getting the machines fixed is beyond everyone who comes there. I feel sorry for the employees there who are constantly having to apologize for having so many broken down machines !"

"Out of order = should be out of business. I can only speak for the self-service aspect of the business - it’s unacceptable. Many machines out of order, particularly the dryers. Staff attendant ‘helpful’ at a low level, barely looking up from folding clothes. Surrounded by a cute food market, bakery and taco joint, this business doesn’t belong - avoid it."
