"Amazing service, can't thank American Auto Glass enough! Rock dinged my windshield, my coworker put some adhesive on it (which come to find out is a big no no if you want to repair a crack in a windshield). My insurance sent me to Safelite who refused to repair as it could be a liability as once any adhesive is placed on the damage it could result in further splintering in windshield during repair. As I sat left with no options and feeling terrible. I decided to go on a limb and see local mobile repair companies. I texted American Auto Glass per its website. Within an hour, they texted and called me. They agreed with Safelite had said earlier in the day but they said they could find a workaround possibly. A tech was in the area and within 20 minutes they were at my spot. 15 minutes later after arrival, the crack was basically non existent! I paid and they said they would send in the claim to my insurance and I'd receive a reimbursement receipt. Honestly, this was some of the best service I have received in any field in a long time. Fast, friendly, and professional. I know who to use and refer to in the future."
