"Mateen was an absolute pleasure to talk to! He helped me order some shoes online since the ones I wanted were out of stock, and had me try similar shoes to make sure they would fit! He talked about every step of the process in detail to make sure I had all the details, and was extremely kind throughout. He even remembered my size and the shoe’s model number after I had done a lap around the mall to make sure I was confident about buying the shoes. The other employees present were also helpful as my friend and I browsed the store. I definitely recommend this Journey’s to anybody who’s looking to get new shoes at the Spectrum :) Thank you, Mateen!"
"Had the best experience of my life, thanks to Trinity!! As soon as I walked in, she greeted me with such a bright smile and asked if I needed any help. She was lovely and friendly and her positive attitude made me feel very welcomed. Trinity helped me pick out a great set of Docs as a gift and walked me through the whole processes of how to take care of them. She went to far as to suggest other related items to fully satisfy my purchase. I will definitely be coming back especially if Trinity is there!! :)"
