"Today i went in for a pick up on my 5th day. i received an email yesterday and it stated i had 24 more hours. When i went in for pick up Manager Zara said thats incorrect that its only 4 days which she had to ask another associate, even though she is the manager. She was rude, smurking when she realized i was annoyed and frustrated about the situation. Only option was to cancel my order which im not understanding why she could cancel but not confirm pick up. I walked out to call customer service and she canceled my order. Customer service said i couldve picked it up but it was just canceled. when i went back in to let the manager know she argued with me saying its 4 days only. I told the manager, so customer service is wrong, she said yes ill call them. please, train your managers correctly."

"Check your attitude. Everyone in that store had a terrible attitude except for one girl, Liz. You walk into the store wanting to spend a decent amount of money but the attitude and whispering between associates make you walk out empty handed. Easily would have spent over $200 if I felt welcomed."

"I bought these boots and only wore them for two weeks and they started to peel. I tried to return for factory defect but couldn't return them. Even though the return policy says they guarantee all products against manufactures defects for 30 days."
