"Made an online order, came to pick it up by curbside, I decided to walked into the store, I thought they might be short staff and it wasn't worth it for me to parked and wait. I went inside and yeah, two beautiful princess were alone working, I was able to pick up my other plus a beautiful smile from both princesses Hollister Co. Always caring for their customer thank you."

"Very nice staff and the location is pretty big in comparison to some of the other locations. They are affordable especially when they have their sales. I usually buy tall jeans which they never have in stock at locations but I'm able to order at the store and get free shipping. I love the sprays they have there and they have a great rewards program."

"I was shopping for my son, unfortunately he could not keep up with me as he had a broken ankle and was on crutches, so as I walk in there I was looking for an empty seat on one of the couches and no one would offer, so I had him close to a rack where I can see him and one of the cashiers/ sales person, so so rudely said oh no you can't be in here, "I said pardon me?" She said oh he can't be standing there. So I said, he can't be in here or standing there? He needs to sit but you have no available seats or can you let us borrow a chair? She said the only seats are by the exit!! OMG so literally was kicking us out, and personally I think this was (racial bias) it was a " fancy area" and we looked difffent than other customers seating or waiting in line. I have been to other stores and we are loyal customers, but were close by to this location and needed comfortable clothes for my son, so thought we should stop by because it was the only merchant that looked familiar but ended up been a horrible experience."
