"Big 5 Sporting Goods has friendly employees working here. The lady working at the cashier counter gave me a greeting as soon as I walked into the store and offered help if I had any items I was looking for. Good customer service. The store has too much merchandise. They have used all the places they can find. Shopping in there I feel a sense of oppression. But overall, this Big 5 store is an excellent store so close to my house."

"This review is for the over stocking of the store. Not the customer service. The people were nice. There is no room to move around in this store. It is packed to the brim. Looks like they could be in violation of safety code. If a customer is in a wheelchair, I don’t think they could access the store."
