"Good shoe selection, but customer service including manager can be unfriendly and untrustworthy. They will refuse the coupons saying they don't apply to specific brands even though their app and website will accept them. They will argue with you rudely. They also won't just exchange sizes. They do a full return and you've to do a new purchase. If you used a reward or discount in the prior purchase, depending on the associate, they won't honor the reward on the new purchase. They'll tell you the reward will go back to the account which is not true. Beware!"
"I can’t believe I haven’t come here sooner! My boss, Christy Rollofson DDS, hosted our Covid appropriate holiday gathering by treating us to a shopping spree at DSW. She is known for her party planning skills and the store manager, Cynthia, was the cohostess with the mostest! She went above and beyond by providing party favors and a cute area to take festive photos. Party aside, the selection is amazing. Fancy shoes and athletic shoes and handbags, oh my! There were incredible discounts (for everyone, not just our party). If you find something you love and they don’t have your size they will either ship it to you for free or to store for pickup. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful in finding what we needed. Definitely will be back!"
