"I Bought a shoe 3 days ago for my son and threads starting coming out. I took it back to the store and the manager SAM HESS admitted there might be a problem with the shoe. She didn’t allow me to exchange the shoes and recommend me to take it to Nike store to fix the threads. I asked for her Boss name and when he will be in so I can talk to him. She provided me with the name John Daramos but didn’t want to give me information when he will be in so I can talk to him. Iv been buying shoes from this store for over 7 years and I never experienced such bad customer service ever."

I guess there were understaffed because it was almost impossible to get anyone’s attention to help us, while they were happily helping a lot of older male individuals. Me and my girlfriend still purchased two pairs, but it took way to long then usually. because i literally had to run after them to ask for the right size"
