"These guys don’t answer the phone at all. I seen the system say they had a size 14 shoe that just released in stock and when I drove from Whittier to Lakewood they said it was sold out. Instead of trying to look for it"

"Nobody at this location seems to know what they’re doing. Girls are just chit chatting rather then getting everyone checked out and then when you do get to the front of the line they tell you “hold on she’ll take you right now. Had us wait and then says actually it’s fine I’ll take you.”"

"I went to pick up an order that turned out was not there. The staff immediately greeted me, assisted me and were kind. I appreciate that. As i stood there, although i wanted to feel extremely special, i noticed this group greeted everyone with the same enthusiasm. This was very impressive. Great job everyone."

"If I could give no stars for this store I would as the manager was rude, semi-racist and very non-chalant and clearly had no training in communication. I walked in the store and was not looking for anything saw the pictured shoe asked for size and a young man brought it out to me but before allowing me to see it stated he could not sell it to me as it was on a reserve hold (why bring it out) I questioned him and he had no answer after the statement ( shoe was old and no holds usually happen)I asked to speak to the manager she approached me with an attitude and stated “ I can’t sell you the shoe it’s on hold for a customer and they have till the need of day” As a frequent customer to the full footlocker chain I asked her how that could be? (Third picture) she gets on the phone and ignores me speaking to her. I again ask her why the shoe cannot be sold she walks toward the back I am still standing there when she returns ask her why” she has an attitude ? “She blatantly stated “ you came in the store starting with me” I immediately asked for another manager and she stated” it’s me and I’m the only one here” Because I wanted the shoe another employees stated Huntington Beach indicated they had 2 pair (phone issues) once there they had nothing at the cost of gas and time from work I was really upset and would love to speak to someone in charge about said manager as she needs to be terminated or retrained.” We are not living in a time in which the consumer should be treated in a way that indicates bias if any sort."

"Although the mall has some miles and seems a little bit outdated, I still love the ftl store here. Staffs are so nice and professional as most other ftl stores :)"
