"I have shopped here multiple times as it is convenient for anyone who lives in the Elk Grove area. About a month ago, I bought my son some cleats and last week, the sole separated. I took them into the store and the manager gave me the number to Adidas customer service, which I had no problem with. The problem came when Adidas told me they only have a six month warranty. It appears these shoes had a manufacturer date well before that. So just keep in mind you are not buying from a big brand store with all the latest releases. Other than that, they are good."
"Great selection of shoes in both youth and adults. The staff was very friendly and called the other store since the they didn't have the available size in the style I wanted. The store was able to transfer the shoes the next day with no additional charge."
"Very impressed with the customer service and product selection. Its my first year buying soccer stuff for my boys so I wasn't sure how it would go. We were approached almost immediately and guided straight towards the soccer cleats included in the package. We were also offered the option to upgrade the packages as we needed to. Overall it was a very seamless purchasing experience. Only reason I gave it 4 stars was because it seemed like there was a lot of workers there but only one gal working with all the customers. She had to bounce between customers which she did very well. I'll be back."
