"So yesterday, I was in search of a filter for Brita. Went everywhere, and nothing. I called Rite Aid here off Sonoma and 14th and this extraordinary employee, Alma went on a hunt in the store. She not only found me the filter but offered other options and saved them for me till I arrived. Great customer service followed with kindness, solutions, results, and a smile. "I've been going to Rite Aid for about 10yrs. They are friendly and helpful. I remember the bag shortage...it wasn't too bad, especially with others dumping bags on Solano...at least for a while it stayed clean. I love that they have Amazon Lockers and the store has discounted mdse.. GREAT DEALS"
"Their customer service is TERRIBLE. They ring you up but don’t include a bag. I guess I can afford my purchase but not a .20 bag? Weird. Should’ve done your job correctly and just included it. It’s .20. I had to walk out with no bag. Wasn’t a big purchase but I was running errands. I’ll now have to stop at home first, inconvenience myself since they couldn’t just ring me up for a bag?? They gotta do better. Maybe if they STAYED OFF THEIR PHONES they’d do the job right. That goes for the OG ladies with the curly grey hair and glasses. Everyone was on ‘break’ at the counter. Just lazy and bad workers, honestly."
