"My refrigerator/freezer stopped working, so I called Walter at Thermador Group to come to take a look since he was highly recommended on Google. When he arrived, Walter was very courteous and professional. He checked the refrigerator and determined what was wrong and proceeded to replace one of the electronics. With the unit working, he packed up and left. Unfortunately, the refrigerator stopped working that night. I contacted Walter and he immediately ordered a new part and installed it as soon as it arrived. He then discovered that a switch was only connecting intermittently (the issue did not present itself during his initial evaluation) so he replaced that and everything started to work perfectly. Walter's diligence in checking the entire refrigerator to diagnose the problem really impressed me. He did everything in his power to get my refrigerator fixed. I would use him again and highly recommend him to others. Very fair pricing and quick responses to phone messages and texts. Great job Walter, thank you!!!"
