I got asked for an id for using my own card for the first time ever there today after I bought moving boxes. Extra security over some MOVING BOXES. Wow."

"On 1/3/24 my husband Jason and I purchased a custom MarCraft, Inc. countertop for our bathroom from Lowe's (PO referenced in subject line and Lowe's along with back and side splash pieces. The purchases arrived to the Lowe's store 2/25 and we promptly picked them up. When we removed the protective film from the countertop, we discovered an inch long scratch (images 1093 and 1094). We were disappointed, and figured we could buff/polish this out. We will need instructions on how to do this from you. When Jason began installation, he discovered the holes for the sink drain were not circles, instead they are two half circles slightly offset and both drains do not drop. He had to enlarge these openings. When Jason dropped in the faucet, the faucet falls two inches short of reaching the sink bowl and Jason had to drill additional holes into the countertop to get the faucet to pour into the sink. When I contacted our representative at Lowe's he told me to contact you all directly. I called your customer service line and spoke with Cindy who indicated I should send an email with all my images. When I called Lowe's corporate, I spoke with Nicole who offered me a $25 gift card. We are very frustrated and disappointed with the product we received. We would like to get some compensation for my husband's six hours of work he had to put in to make this work. We also need instruction on how to polish/buff out the scratch. This was all-around shabby workmanship (though the quartz itself is lovely). It never should have shipped with the scratch and the incorrectly drilled holes. Never. There is no faucet measurement (distance wise from the sink drain) on the Quote, and that should have been clarified either by Lowe's or the MarCraft, Inc. tech."

"I purchased a water heater from Lowes because mine was old and the pilot light would not stay lit. Lowes contracted Liberty Plumbing to install my new heater and Mike showed up within the appointed time frame. I cannot express the extent of complete satisfaction and appreciation of a job well done. Mike was punctual, helpful, friendly, and his experience and completion of the installation was professional, neat, and done within a few hours. Mike went above and beyond to complete this tight quarters job. He built a stand for the heater, ran new and updated plumbing as required by code, and installed the heater. I highly recommend Mike for anyone's plumbing needs."

"One of my favorite reasons to shop here is the location. It's always easy to find parking and it's definitely easy to enter and exit the parking lot as well. Tonight I walked in to see the picked over Fence pickets. The lady in lumber said, "You're in luck". She stated, "We just got our first shipment of Redwood pickets in weeks". She actually went to the back on the forklift and brought the pallet out. Thanks to her I now can have my fence put up now."
