"I recently stopped by Best Buy on a whim to browse their selection of toys and collectibles tucked away in the back corner of the store. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and tranquility of the store, as it wasn't bustling with shoppers, allowing for a relaxed browsing experience. The staff members were courteous and approachable, offering friendly greetings as I perused the aisles. After exploring the selection, I stumbled upon a particularly impressive action figure that caught my eye. The checkout process was smooth and efficient, with minimal wait time at the sales line thanks to the attentive assistance provided by the staff. I was particularly impressed by the exceptional service rendered by one employee who went above and beyond to ensure a seamless transaction. Their professionalism and efficiency made the entire shopping experience a breeze, and I left the store feeling satisfied with my purchase. While Best Buy may not specialize in toys and collectibles, their diverse range of electronics makes it a worthwhile destination for browsing. Overall, my visit to Best Buy was a pleasant one, and I wouldn't hesitate to return if I'm in the area again."

"I purchased the adobe creative cloud student and teacher edition on 12/28/2023. I spoke to the sales person asking questions not sure if I qualify, is this a good software purchase, asked if I could return the software. the sales person said yes. So I found out I do not qualify for this education edition and went to Best Buy today to return it before the Jan 13 2024 deadline printed on the receipt. A person named Chris at the customer service center said that I need to go to a website to see return details that best buy does not return software. I explained it’s not on the receipt and I asked the sales person that was helping me when I purchased the software. He continued to tell me they can’t print it all on the receipt and it’s on the website. I explained it is unopened and there should be no issues with returning it. He said the system will not let him. I asked to speak to a manager chris then informed me he is the store manager. He again said he cannot return the software and I can see the details on the website. I asked him why I would look on bestbuys website if I asked his sales person about returning the software and it’s not printed on the receipt you can not return software. I asked if I could get the name of his direct supervisor or a district manager. He said he doesn’t have one. That I can call a 1-800 bestbuy number. So don’t spend your money at a local store just shop online where it will be clear what their return policy is and get it from the source. Don’t support bestbuy in Vallejo. The store looks abandoned with empty shelves and a lot of missing products, and no customers. There were 9 cars out front and those probably belong to the other employees. Don’t waste your time or money helping a local business with arrogant manager named Chris"

"I has the nicest young man wait on me. If this had been my first visit to best buy it would be my go to store. He knew his stuff and got me what I needed, answered all my questions and got me out in under 30 minutes."

"Went there because both my wife and son purchased new phones there. Both times, they had great service and walked out the door with a new, completely working phone. However, when I went it was a terrible experience. After waiting an hour to be assisted, the kid who finally got around to gracing us with his presence, was worthless. Asked to talk to Anyone else, no one was available. The manager couldn't be bothered ( I know that sounds Kevin like) Three days later, I have a working phone. Will never go to the Vallejo store again!"

"They're not perfect,but they're not bad either. They're the best electronic store around that can price match. There's nothing more you could ask. I like them, their service, and the warranties and such that they offer in store for certain products. Cheers to them!"
