"If you take care of these machines when you get them it will save you alot of money with problems going forward since they are used and older but Tom is a nice guy in case you don't and will help with a 90 day warranty no matter the issue. They will help fix it so long as you are within those days. Ask away while he's there as he genuinely cares that those machines last for you. Overall, cheap, serviceable and honest work on customer service. I'm pleased, thanks again for the help Tom."

"As a retired realtor, I purchased many appliances from Tom, both for clients and for my own home. I can vouch for the service and quality in my house. Since Tom often has new, slightly damaged appliances in stock, 7 years ago I bought a new stove and dishwasher, a used refrigerator and a used stacking washer/dryer. The new appliances come with factory warranties, the others with a 60 day warranty. Except for the refrigerator, all are still going strong. I estimate I saved about $600 by buying from Tom. Yesterday I had to buy a new fridge. Got a new fridge with factory warranty. And it was delivered, installed and the old one taken away. For me, this service is the best bang for the buck. "Heard a pop sound from my stove as I was cooking & all of sudden no heat, on all 4 burners but lights on when you turn the knobs. Checked Georgia appliances & talked to Tom, he suggested I check circuit breakers #40, to turn it off first & back on, then check stove. Before I could go back inside the house Ben smelled smoke from circuit breakers. That was scary. Called Tom, advised me to turn circuit breaker off & he called electrician for me. Electrician Walter came & fixed the problem, now my stove is back working again. Tom could have sold me a brand new stove but he took the time to diagnose the problem & made suggestions & sent a nice person to fix the problem. It’s best to support & do business with your local merchants because they will do above & beyond to help you rather than the big box stores. Local merchants cares. Now I have new friends. "I am having an ice maker issue on an older refrigerator. The fridge works great. I took the water solenoid into see if they had a new one. He tested mine for me and it was working. He asked me a few questions and then showed me a couple secret fixes. All at no charge. They were friendly, and helpful. I think I found the problem and I am waiting to see if it makes ice again. They did not have to do this. He could have easily tried to talk me into a service call. I would recommend this business."
