"I love the convenience of shopping at this store, but some of the girls that bag groceries here are very rude. One girl was not friendly at all, and she shoved my items in bags. I thought she broke something. I called the store manager and talked to them. They said they were going to talk to her. I hope they did. I don't like complaining."

"I've shopped at Stater Bros on Lugonia Ave, Redlands for 12 years, but today was terrible... No russet baking potatoes (only bags of small potatoes), and no Stater brand white rice (only "fancy" & expensive brands. I don't think that's ever happened to me before & I hope it's not a sign of things to come, or you will lose a loyal customer."

Stater Brothers markets in this area out number all others for five to one the nearest Vons is 2 mi away and the nearest Albertsons is like three three and a half miles away Stater Brothers is always been good for us the newer bigger ones provide much more variety. The store was very clean and the people at the meat counter were very helpful."
