They also have a tool rental department so you don't have to buy every tool you would need but rent it instead. "Everyone by the age of 30 has a vendetta against either Lowe's or Home Depot. Had a laptop stolen out of my car, asked the security if I could take a peak at the video so I could just know who did it and make a report. Refused, and even with a police report , still haven't been given access to that evidence. It has been 4 years. Every Home Depot is trash, and their ownership supports apartheid ethnostate projects. I get it, if they are the only one with a particular screw or bolt. But plants are cheaper at who-ever locally sources their nursery (in the IE that is usually Adam's Nursery) and most specialty parts can be grabbed at Ace or TrueValue mom-and-pop hardware stores."

"Worst home depot ever. We waited 3o Minutes in curbside pick up because the guy was on break. So in the whhoolleee store he's the only one doing curbside. We called for a manager 8 times and absolutely no one picked up the phone. I will never shop this location again"

"There was a faucet with a clearance sticker marked down from $239 to $60 and there were none left in stock, a floor salesperson told us that if we asked at customer service they could order it for $60. We asked customer service, they told us they couldn't but they could sell it to us at that price from the Beaumont store. They called Beaumont asked them to bring it to the front for us. Then they couldn't complete the transaction, however we were assured that we could go to the Beaumont location and the price would be honored. So we drove to the Beaumont location and went to customer service they first confirmed it was in the store but then told us there was no possible way they could sell it to us for the price promised. Instead they offered us a $30 discount rather than what was promised. Needless to say I will no longer be a home depot customer as I've been led to by multiple employees and managers within the company."
