"The delivery people were great, but never has my mom experienced such bad customer service. First, the worker my mom spoke to said he didn't have any of my mom's paperwork or information and she had the wrong Rent-A-Center. He was rude, accusatory, and yelled at my mom AND my dad over pick up inquiries. My mom was told to call 5 days before they picked up the mattress and frame, and yet my dad was told 2-3. They were also told via text someone would pick up the mattress 4 days early, but they paid for a full 3 weeks. They were told someone would call or text about pick up, but that's what my mom originally was calling to talk to them about. So much conflicting information was very frustrating because my parents don't have the money to pay for another week+ over conflicting information. The man my mom spoke to also kept saying he was the boss when she asked to speak to his boss. None of us will ever go to this Rent-A-Center again."

"My washer broke down and to make my story short, it was going to take some time before it would get fixed due to parts needed to be ordered and what not. I knew going to laundromat would be time consuming so I decided to call rent a center in Redlands to see if they would be able to help me rent a washer just until my washer gets fixed (1 month) thankfully they did! There was only a small miscommunication with delivery details but it was my fault for not answering my phone when they called to confirm delivery time. When I called back they did tell me delivery date was rescheduled because I did not confirm, I explained to (I believe his name is Luis) how I really needed it asap and I know he went out of his way to deliver the washer that same day…so if you read this…thank you!!! Great customer service from the time I went in to their store, to the day it was delivered so thank you so much!"

"I got a bunk bed from the rentacenter in Redlands and they were supposed to come back and stack the beds and they never did. I have been calling rentacenter for months to get them to come out and stack the beds and they kept giving me the run-around. Then they tell me that they don't even have all the pieces to the bunk bed such as the screws, ladder railing and they can't find it. They don't even know who delivered the bunk bed. But I am harassed every week for payment on a product that has missing parts. I don't feel that's fair and my kids need their beds. I am very upset and disappointed in the Rentacenter in Redlands, CA. The manager even has the nerve to be rude when I do call!!"

"I still got charged for my rental 1 week after returning it. Store promptly gave me a refund though. Then, I asked workers on three separate occasions to place an order for an exercise bike from another store with it in stock. It's been a month and I never heard back from anyone. I guess they didn't want anymore of my money. Oh well!"
