"I decided to rent a suit for a funeral, and I saw this place had decent reviews. I went in and the young man that helped was on it. He took all the necessary measurements, and I was done in about 20 minutes. My rental suit would be ready in 24 hours, and it was. They recommend you try on your suit when you pick it up, in case of any issues. I didn't have time, and they seemed to know what they were doing, so I didn't try it on until I got home. The jacket said "slim fit" and I am not slim by any means. My receipt said the jacket was "regular fit". The pants were too short, they looked like Capri pants or something. So I didn't wear it, and wasted 200.00. I returned it and I knew they were going to say I should have tried it on first. I get that, but at least give me a discount for the jacket that was the wrong fit. I pointed that out to the young lady helping me, and she just said she can leave a note for her manager, no discount. I didn't get her name, but she looked and acted like a witch. She had way too much war paint on, maybe it seeped into her brain. If she reads this, she will know it was her. Never again."

"Did not get the gentleman’s name I spoke with on my first day. Quality customer service from him got me kitted with a 3 piece and recommended I get the pants tapered thru them. Really cool guy. Took the recommendation and came back next day, unfortunately the adjustment hadn’t been done but the 2 staff members that were there got me taken care of ASAP. Good customer service from the whole team, nice selection. Will be back for sure."
