"I don’t really understand all the bad reviews, i went on two separate occasions and both times the employees were extremely helpful and kind. The manager even hooked me up with a deal due to the vans anniversary on a shoe that had just came out. Everything was super easy and super helpful. This is now my main vans store to go to."

"Unhelpful staff who sit around and talk instead of helping find sizes. Don’t bother asking for help cause they won’t even tell you what stores have your size and won’t help you order online. It’s like going into your older siblings room to borrow something they seem so annoyed. I guess I’ll just go to converse instead."

"Told me my order was ready. I went to pick it up and they said it was gonna be ready in an hour. Fine I waited around just for them to cancel the order 30 mins later because they didn’t have the shoe size. Why even tell me you have my order ready over the phone in the first place. Wasted my time and didn’t do anything about it. Don’t go to this location."

"This store went out of their way to make ME, the ONLY person of color in the store at the time uncomfortable. While I was looking at clothes one of the make cashiers with long hair yelled “ I’ll hold that behind the counter” which made everybody turn and stare at me making it seem as if I wasn’t there for good intentions. Nobody else was offered this “ special spot” when there was around 3 other people near an EXIT with UNPAID shoes in their hand. I guess skin color and physical traits are what these vans employees are trained to look for not, genuine signs of stealing. Everybody else was great, Andrea did a great job at helping me find shoes she even let me know about better varieties I can find in other stores, online, and even when she would possibly be restocked. So, thank you Andrea !"

"I enjoyed shopping at Vans. Like the variety of clothing and shoes. The thing that I dislike is not enough sales people to assist you ( store owner really need to hire more people); the space is too small. When in line to purchase you are standing in the walkway which is nerve wracking. I must say though the sales staff was quite friendly and did their best to assist you. They just look overworked. I purchasd a pair of checker black and white vans shoe for a gift."
