"Went to Sans Suits South and Bellflower tonight....terrible experience. Attempted to return a shirt I purchased 2 days ago Still had tags on it and cardboard in the collar. I was "helped" by the owner who was very rude. He didn't want to take the return and said it wasn't returnable despite the receipt saying I had 7 days. I told him the salesman who sold me the shirt also told me I had 7 days to return it. He responded by yelling “I will fire him. He’s fired!” He then grabbed a shirt and was shaking it in front of me. He initiated giving me my money back in cash and then threw it back in the register and refused to refund me. I showed him his return policy at the bottom of the receipt as I just purchased the shirt 2 days prior. He then aggressively grabbed the shirt from me, rolled it in a ball and threw it in the garbage across the room. He then credited my card but refused to give me all my money back. When I asked him for all of the money he mumbled under his breath about me really breaking his balls and a few other rude and in appropriate things. He finally refunded my card and Then he told me to get out of this store and not come back! The guy has anger issues, is very aggressive and inappropriate to customers. Mens Suit Warehouse is right down the street. Way better customer service."

"We went in to pick out a suit after leaving MW. We went into San's Suit Outlet and Ronni the owner was so helpful and was able to help us pick out the perfect suit. He knows what style look good on your body type and he is very resourceful in paring ties and men's accessories. We left the store extremely happy customers. Also Ronni was nice enough to accommodate our tight elopement wedding schedule and also added a free wedding gift. Thank you San's Suit Outlet."
