"Super helpful regular produce guy! Another employee helped me get a couple things I couldn't reach from the dairy case. I have shopped at your store since I was 12, and that's saying a lot because I'm almost 70 now‼️ Kudos to Safeway and it's wonderful, helpful employees!"

"Came here with a friend and we experienced horrible service at the deli. The man making sandwiches (I believe his name is Arturo) had an attitude of an angsty teenager the whole time- EG: rolled his eyes every time someone new walked up. I worked in the service industry for YEARS and would have never treated customers so rudely. In addition to him, there was another lady (older, Caucasian, short) who kept inserting rude opinions as the people in front of us ordered, muttering under her breath. We spoke to the other customers too and they were equally confused about the workers’ behavior. I understand having a bad day, but this went beyond that. I’ve always had a normal experience with other employees at this location, but I hadn’t encountered these two before- seems the standards for employees have gone down at this location."

"Update: 12.09.23 Some sale items were not in stock when we stopped by at around 6pm. Good prices on navel oranges, but they weren't very flavorful. Maybe first of the season, but disappointing. Good prices on grapes, fresh and not overly ripe. Cashier was nice, efficient, which we appreciated. Clean store. Great produce section. Disabled parking located by both entrances, but not many available. Sale items usually in stock more here than other locations in our experience. Cashiers are efficient & polite."

"Went to the bakery this morning to pick up a cake for my job for the birthdays in November I work for FedEx Express the cake was not even ready nor did they know where the cake was wanting me to wait additional 30 minutes for a cake I ordered before Thanksgiving for today 27th and it was not ready I am so upset and so disappointed because I've been getting cakes from Safeway since we was kids. Woke up early just to get there on time at 5am this morning. I am so upset"
