He was transparent about the process, explaining in simple terms to me what was likely wrong, and how he would go about fixing it. He was also transparent about the pricing of everything. He gave great advice to use the warranty on our product and tried to save us as much money as possible, which I appreciated. He had to order a special part to fix our washer (a new motor control board) and once installed it’s working like new again. I definitely asked for his card at the end to save for the next appliance problem I might have."
