"Shoe Palace is one of the stores I'll check out when looking for sports shoes. This one in Roseville Galleria is one of the best Shoe Palace in the greater Sacramento area. I always visit this store when I'm in Roseville Galleria. They have all the shoes displayed on the wall beautifully and it is easy to see the styles without taking them down. The other sports clothes and caps are in the middle of the sales floor. Everything in the store is easy to get and the workers here are excellent!"
"Company lies to make sales. Said we would be able to return purchase with gift receipt for full refund and then said they would only refund with original receipt. What kind of company is this?"
"Too difficult to return a shoe. Drove an hour from a store that said they didn't have enough to refund to another store that said it was too dirty as he padded off the little dirt that was on there."
"Came here a little while back with my wife, and the level of customer service of basically all the staff was rock bottom. Store was empty, we walked in and the staff were chit chatting, no one even acknowledged us until my wife spoke up as we passed them. No one checked on us, and when we asked someone to help us, she acted like we were a burden. 2 stars just because they had the size we were looking for, otherwise it'd be 1 star."
"Watch this company just will wake money from with selling the product to us but if just in case your shoe has any manufacturing defect with in a month . They will not give customer service on the products which they sell. Store Associate and customer service told me to reach out Nike and Nike website says that”We have made arrangements with our authorized retail accounts to accept returns for products with MATERIAL or WORKMANSHIP flaws. In the event that you have a Nike product with a material or workmanship flaw, for fastest service, we advise you to first check with the place of purchase for their assistance. ” So either Shoe Palace is not Authorized retailer for Nike or They just don’t believe in customer service. In Future I will rather buy direct from the company at least I will not get hassle just in case regarding warranty issue."
