"Popped in to grab some polish for a pair of AE I've been wearing for the past 3ish years. The shoes are such great quality, but they were all scuffed up. The lady working at AE was beyond knowledgeable and friendly. She knew exactly what shoes I had at home with only a few descriptors that I provided. She walked me through the polishing products and explained the pros and cons for each. I walked out with a few products and my shoes now look as good as new. She also explained the recrafting process to me, which I'll definitely be doing at some point.
