"I would strongly urge anyone in Paso Robles to avoid using this pharmacy for their medication. Out of all the pharmacies I have used throughout my life, this store has provided by far the worst experience of any. It is extremely rare that they have your medication ready to dispense on time. The communication from the pharmacy to the patient is inconsistent. If you need to speak to someone in the pharmacy, you need to physically go into the store and wait in what is usually a long line, because their store policy is currently to not answer the phone in the pharmacy. They just let it ring because they are understaffed. Again, I can't urge you strongly enough to avoid this pharmacy. I can't imagine a worse customer experience and so I'd suggest using literally any other pharmacy to fill your prescriptions, because there is no way they could be doing a worse job than CVS on Niblick."
