"We've always had great service here. Annie at the pharmacy is so helpful, kind, and professional. It's a joy to shop at this establishment!"

"If it were possible to give negative stars i would most definitely! I started by getting the run around between the Creston pharmacy and the one on Spring St. as I had moved and was moving my RX's to the pharmacy on Creston. I called my Dr. since Rite Aid on Spring St. couldn't be bothered. I requested my son's Dr. to please change my son's RX to the Creston location. I waited about 4 days and went in today to pick up my son's medicine which he is now out of. I was told by the pharmacy supervisor that she put the prescription on hold because she thought the Dr.'s office made a mistake and that she sent 2 messages to the Spring St location but never got a response from them. Now, I know for a fact that my phone number is in that computer and yet not one pharmacy staff member picked up the phone and called me. I put my number in every time I refill a prescription "in case the pharmacy staff needs to contact you please provide your phone number". And to top off the sub-par customer service the pharmacist spoke to me like I was dirt on the bottom of her shoes. I was told it would take them 20 minutes to fill a prescription that they had in their system for a week! This will be the first and last time I use this pharmacy. This type of customer service is so below acceptable."

"UPDATE: Rite Aid reached out to me personally and helped resolve the issue. Since then the pharmacy has been very good. I will not be using this pharmacy anymore. The woman behind the counter was super rude to me. I tried to get a prescription transferred from SF to this pharmacy and after a week of calling and going in there two more times after my original drop-off, it was still not filled. In the meantime, I ran out of the medicine. The woman told me they had over 250 prescriptions to fill and they had just been too busy even though they had had over a week and I had called and gone in there twice. I took my prescription to CVS Pharmacy in Target and had no problems and the staff was extremely kind and helpful."

"I give five stars just for allowing me to prepay for prescriptions online and just go and pick up. Not my favorite Rite Aid Pharmacy but overall I'm pleased with my experience. This is my preferred pharmacy in this city."

"This store is responsible for filling my sonss seizure medication and when he picked it up last month and took them he realized he was low and called in a refill when he went to pick up the refill they told him he couldn't have it because it was too soon. This made me question how many pills they gave him they told me they gave him the correct amount, and that my son was double taking his pills, my son had to miss two dosages of his medication and wait for the new refill. When we got his refill we counted the pills and they shorted it by 45 pills. When I went back to the pharmacy they gave every excuse why it wasn't their fault at first they said my son was taking too many and now they're saying it's the manufacturer. It's your family's life they holding their hands don't trust them they flat out told me they don't count their pills they just dump them in the bottle with your name on it. So warn your families if they're on life-saving medication not to count on Rite Aid"
