"Occasionally, Starbuck's falls short on customer service, quality, and consistency of the beverages. We're all human, so it happens. But this location gets it right every time. I was especially pleased not only with the friendly and speedy service, but my Latte too! It was perfectly made, and my cup was actually full! Just the right amount of foam. I am never disappointed by this location!"
"Cappuccino had very less milk and espresso. Caramel brulee and white mocha had just milk and little to no flavor. This is one of the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Does not live up to other Starbucks in terms of quality of drinks."
"Bad place to get your preferred drink.. maybe they do ok on standardized drinks idk.. but if you want something customized don't try this place... I had to have them make my drink 3 times and still didn't get what I asked for.. poor communication.. the girl and at the window was hopefully new.. she COULD NOT GET MY ORDER CORRECT!!! THEN THEY MADE IT SEEM LIKE IT WAS MY FAULT!!! I ASK FOR A CARMEL RIBBON CRUNCH.. NO WHIP CREAM .. 3 BLOND SHOTS FLOATED .. EXTRA CARMEL + EXTRA CANDY CRUNCH... THE FIRST ONE HAD WHIP CREAM.. THE SECOND ONE HAD MY SHOTS BLENDED.. THE THIRD ONE HAD VERY LITTLE CARMEL OR CRUNCH!! I PAID FOR EXTRA AND DIDN'T EVEN GET STANDARD AMOUNT..THE CREW WORKING THIS SHIFT AS I TYPE THIS IS HORRIBLE.. TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE THEY WERE SNOBBY AND RUDE!! I WILL NEVER STOP HERE AGAIN."
"The barista brought a COMPLIMENTARY tray of pastries to our table. That was over-the-top thoughtful/nice. (We suspect they may not have been "oven fresh" but this was a much better option than mindlessly throwing perfectly good food away.) If we didn't think Starbuck's was so overpriced we may have purchased more than just coffee in the 1st place. Needless to say, we returned to their tip jar & tripled our tip."
"We ordered online for pick up around 8am. Lots of parking with handicap access. Easy to get to off Hwy 46. It's located in stopping center across from Lowes. Neat and clean outside. There's drive through. Hubby went in to pick up order. Very friendly customer service. Order was ready. Nice and neat interior. Drinks were great."
