"There has been a sign up for weeks stating new temporary hours, which has a closing time of 2:30. I made sure to stop by at 1:40 PM along with 5 other cars in the drive thru to only see it is closed. As a courtesy to your customers, you should really put up a new sign if the hours are changed that day so your customers and not sitting in the drive thru waiting for someone to take their order."
"Worst Starbucks in town. Staff is always rude and lack common sense customer service skills. 20 minute waits for drinks. They close their lobby but still let you order on the app so you get stuck in the drive thru for 30 mins. Save yourself the hassle and go to one of the other 3 Starbucks in town."
"The worlds worst Starbucks! I order 2 drinks, coffee cake and an everything bagel. The woman (looked like the manager) slammed my drip down so hard the coffee came back up through the kid. She turned and walked away. I wanted no less than 10min for the pastries. I finally had to ask… twice. The girl said “we’re out of the everything bagel. I’m like “I’ve been stand here and no one could inform me!” I said just give me the plain. It seemed to be too big of an issue for her to toast it! Meanwhile there were customers with dogs inside that were trying to jump on customers! I let her know that, by far, this was the worst coffee shop with the worst service I’d ever visited. It was sad that the gentleman behind me said “I agree” as well as the woman sitting at a table. You have to be hard up for a cup of coffee to stop by this establishment! Just terrible!!!"
"This is a very poorly managed Starbucks. I don't like to give bad reviews but I've been burned by this one too many times. Super long wait times and bad attitude from staff. Every single time I've visited has been a bad experience. Don't go to this one. There's at least 3 others in town you can visit."
"Update: I haven't seen the lids since. Had a nightmare about one though. The workers give me extra big drinks without charging me, so I am giving it 5 stars now. The service and food is great, workers are nice, ect. However... they have these new flimsy plastic lids that don't fit the cup- barely picked up my hot chocolate and the lid popped off, the contents inside exploding out on to my work clothes. :( A lid has one purpose and this is a coffee shop. So I feel this vendetta I have against a piece of plastic is justified."
