"I used to love shopping here, my daughter enjoys the swatches and perfumes in their sephora. That was until today. I was perusing around the isles and a girl from sephora kept glaring at my cart, so many times, it was weird to say the least. Then a young and eager pup greeted me and accidentally jumped straight up to my nose and I tried to smile through the pain until the owner of the dog apologized because my nose was now bleeding. I walked away and tried to wipe off the blood while my daughter continued to peruse and the girl working there asked me if I was actually planning on buying anything. Nope, not anymore."

"The store is a mess. Nothing is where it should be. The dressing rooms are a disaster. I don’t think anyone knows where things should go after they’ve been tried on, so they just hang them on the first rack they see. No rhyme or reason to the entire store. With clothes you can’t find a certain mfg. because nothing is where it should be. If there WAS another store to go to I would go there. Even Walmart has better organization. Generally I ONLY GO TO KOHL’S TO RETURN AMAZON ORDERS. Guess I’ll go back to that philosophy. V.C."
