"Struts were missing a nut and a collar. Adrian from TEIN refused to replace them. They claim it was shipping damage, but they can't prove that they even put them on the strut because they should have been screwed onto the shaft like the others. Shame, literally costs them pennies to replace and they refused on a brand new set of struts."
