They will go out of their way to locate hard-to-find items, and they'll find a way to get it to you as quickly as possible at s competitive price. Their products aren't just for professional chefs, either. Many of their items are industrial/ commercial versions of the every-day tools regular home cooks and bakers use on a regular basis, but ramped up in quality. And on top of everything else, they also offer professional knife sharpening with fast turn-around. I'm always happy to buy from great local people, and Chef's Toys are definitely great local people."
