Alex and his team. I read many reviews where people were slamming them for poor communication. I don't know if those people realize that this is not just an online retailer, they are a repair shop. Yes, they want to sell parts but they have to prioritize their shop work! It's understandable that they may take a a day or 2 to respond to emails!!"

"I recently purchased a catless downpipe for my FK8 and it doesn’t fit. There is a big gap for the front pipe to connect to. I’ve emailing them and calling them and no answer. I’ve only received one email asking for pictures and I’ve responded but I haven’t heard back. They’re quick to take your money but not to help you out when a product is defective."

"Overall Victor is the only reason why I come here as he's been the one helping me and giving me tips. The rest of the staff seem cool but at times I did feel like my questions were too dumb to others. I'm trying to learn more about cars. My other concern is they don't answer their phone or they'll text back, to me, when they feel like it. I called twice today and went into the store and watching videos on their phone. I do appreciate them and have done good work to my S2000. Compared to other reviews or comments online/social media. I'd recommend Victor as he's nice and does what he can to help you. He seems passionate about working with cars than trying to make money."
