"By far the BEST ever experience in a repair shop of ANY kind. The owner Raees LOVES what he does and you can just feel it in the air at his shop. While I was waiting, I overheard him talking to the customer in front of me, telling her that her vacuum cleaner is still under warranty and repair should be taken care of for free or vacuum cleaner should be replaced and he will do all the phone calls regarding the warranty claim... Let that sink in... Repair shop-doing the right thing and informing the customer that they will not take their money for the repair. He made my vacuum cleaner work like new, changed filter and completely serviced it for a very reasonable and fair price. I'd even say very inexpensive. I can't believe that people here are complaining about labor costs of $90, what did you expect ? Well worth every penny. Thank you Raees! You are a gem and the rest should learn from you."

"Brought my Bissell carpet cleaner vacuum in as a belt had gone missing that drives the bristle brush rollers on the bottom of the vacuum. The pump did not produce enough pressure to spray the water as it was now only gushing out. Lastly the hose vacuum pressure was low. Paid the $90 service fee for labor. Vacuum was still under warranty so parts were covered by bissell. I was told I would hear back in a week. A week turned to 25 days with no response as to when I could come back to pick up the vacuum. Mind you any vacuum left longer than 30 days is then kept according to their policy. Close to a month the owner finally told me he had be gone on vacation. Well thanks for the Curtiss notice on that. Upon picking up was told all was operational. Once home after a few days when I first got to using it the rollers did not turn. The built in hose did not spray as it use to as the water would still only gush out and according to the owner the vacuum was taken apart and thoroughly cleaned and serviced. This didn’t seem to be the issue as when I picked up the vacuum it was as dirty as they day I dropped it off. Called the shop back and was told to take it back in. Owner inspected it and said the vacuum pressure was normal and that for him to figure out what is wrong with the pump he would need to take the entire vacuum apart again which would require another $90 service fee. Seems to me the first time nothing was taken apart and only a belt was added as the unit was still as dirty as I left it which showed they never thoroughly cleaned and serviced the unit even after I mentioned the issues with the vacuum. Quality control is not something this location seems to be good at. The fact the owner did not want to guarantee the service they performed which I paid for and wanted me to pay again says a lot already. I DONT RECOMMEND anyone trust this business with their vaccum or money."

"Reese was friendly and professional, he serviced and repaired my Dyson vacuum using spare parts he had around his shop and I had it back in 2 days. Hopefully extending life to it a few years. Thank you Reese"
