"Scheduled appointment to get a quote on door replacements. Sales guy was friendly, however, did not give detailed quote. No break down of materials and labor. Been a week and still trying to get a break down. Lowes wants full payment upfront. Claims it’s “to protect you if the installer doesn’t do a good job.” Reality is it’s so they ensure they get paid, so it only protects lowes from the installer. Getting quotes for actual door companies. Who in their right mind pays for a project upfront. Edit: I finally got the sales person to give me a cost break down. The door I wanted was a $500 door, but he wanted to charge me over $2000 for the door. The markups on the breakdown we beyond reasonable. Stay away from Lowe’s installation services, to say they are trying to rip you off is an understatement, they ARE ripping you off."

"The contractor Lowes hired was Ariana Construction and they were to install my kitchen remodel. They did not follow safety guidelines in the containment of silica dust. This is only one of many things done wrong! The first day they left my kitchen which they demo’d, a toxic mess with silica dust everywhere. I refused to let them Work further without some cleanup,which as done haphazardly the next day. Silica dust is a toxic health hazard. With dust getting permanently imbedded in your lungs like asbestos . The company ignores the safety protocol to reduce costs, while impacting the health their employees and customers You think you are hiring Lowes with a decent brand name but in reality, for kitchen installations, you are hiring a really bad company that is subcontracting for Lowes. DO NOT GO TO LOWES FOR ANY INSTALLATIONS !!!!!"

"This Lowe’s store has an exceptional staff. Always helpful and knowledgeable. I took in a ladder to get the right bolts to put it together and the clerk not only found them , he put them in!"

"Just came in the buy a router, I found it within 30 seconds of entering the store, then waited 30 minutes for the only employee that had the key to unlock it to show up, he then had to then walk it to the register & hand it to the checkout person (another wait)…at no point was I allowed to handle it until after paying for it. Buying a nuclear submarine with be an easier process vs picking up a simple power tool at this place. Won’t be back"

"I stopped in for some gardening supplies. I was greeted by friendly store associates when i arrived. Everything I needed was In stock and there was a wide selection for all the items I looked at during my visit. thanks for the great experience!"
