"Extremely frustrated and disappointed with the service that was provided for my gas stove. The service person kept insisting that the stove was working as it should even when the burners were not starting/delayed. And burner was showing yellow flames high flames. Broil and bake was very unsafe to use and the flame was extremely high but kept insisting that it looks normal. Changed parts which did absolutely nothing for the stove. And when tried to communicate with the company about issues still not being resolved they claimed their service provider stated in the notes that stove was working to it’s full potential. Extremely unethical and unprofessional. They don’t know what they are doing ironic to their name."

"Our experience with Precision Services wasn’t that great. We waited almost 1 year to get our refrigerator fixed and they were simple repairs to begin with. The communication between them and the actual manufacturer for our refrigerator was confusing and almost non-existent as well and apparently we were waiting on parts from the manufacturer which caused the major delay. I wish communication and the reason for delay were a bit more clear to us as the customers, waiting that long for a repair would drive anyone crazy. Luckily, we got everything fixed now so we’re happy but the experience for us was dragged out and unfortunately wasn’t a positive one. We hope to not have to go through this process again."

"We had warranty service done on our refrigerator which has had ongoing issues. These guys were great in terms of communication and knowing what they were doing. First visit they diagnosed and ordered parts. Our refrigerator is known for ice maker problems so they knew exactly what needed to be done. Also needed cabling replaced which powered lights for snack drawer. Second visit ( within two weeks) replaced parts and everything is currently functioning. They were quick and friendly. Would definitely recommend. Thank you."

"Sony contracted them to repair my 49" Bravia tv. They took weeks to get the parts (which ended up being for the wrong model) and had to make another trip to do a second repair, then since my TV turned on they assumed it was fixed and left. My TV takes 5+ minutes to start now and has artifacts in videoplayback that make it unwatchable. They called this fixed. Precision Services is completely incompetent, and I filed a complaint to Sony. I suggest anyone who has them do poor warranty work also file a complaint to the company that contracted them."

"I really wanted to give them negative if I could. They provide the worst service that I never had. First of all, the technician didn’t know anything. He started to call other technician when he got to my place, and then he started to took some parts from my washer machine, and couldn’t put them back, then just left. Second thing is even more important, I guess the technician has a history of sexual harassment, he touched my sister’s leg and pretended that was an accident, and said sorry to her, but, I have an camera in that room, and record everything. They are the third party of Sears, otherwise I didn’t wanna contact them anymore. Anybody who bought the appliance from sears, Lowe’s, please mention that you don’t wanna get service from “Precision Service” when your machine have problem."
