"Since2014, I’ve bought two refrigerators, a washer and dryer and a range here. Their service is fantastic and their prices are competitive. Ordering via the web and phone are quick and simple to do. Delivery and setup was a breeze and done fast, with good communication from the people doing the delivery. There’s really not anything more I could ask for."

"My 83 year old mom purchased a dishwasher here recently and paid them to have it delivered and installed for approx. $150. Once then installers came, they said it wouldn’t fit and couldn’t install it. My mom assured them that we had already measured the space and checked the specs on the machine so it had plenty of clearance. They then said sure it could be installed. They took out the old machine and then told her the old valve was bad and needed to be replaced for another$149 parts and labor. The valve costs $12 at any hardware store and took them 10 minutes to screw off and screw the new one back… They had already been paid to install the machine so why take advantage and charge an addition labor fee when she had already paid for installation and the whole job took 10 minutes!!! This is totally taking advantage of a customer and providing horrible customer service! She then asked the technician how to turn on the machine but he said he was too busy and needed to get to the next job so she could read the manual!! I contacted the store manager and he said he wouldn’t do anything and that we could have shopped around for another contractor to install the valve instead! How would a customer do that when we’ve already paid you to install the machine and you’ve now taken apart the kitchen to make room for this new machine…Disappointing customer service!!! Will never shop there or refer them again!"

Don’t be fooled by the fancy storefront and flashy commercials of other appliance showrooms, go to Airport home appliance and ask for Zach Rios. He was super helpful. Friedman’s told me no manufacturer makes a drop in cooktop that could fit my newly installed quartzite countertops, he found me one. Also they are delivering and installing a new oven before Thanksgiving which is amazing, and Friedman’s told me they would only deliver to my driveway, I had to find someone to remove and haul the old oven and find someone myself to install it. It was a night and day experience. Airport Home Appliance is your best bet for a seamless and quality experience. 5 stars."

"Worth an update. Best delivery experience in 22 years of buying appliances; capable and flexible. Original review: Curtis saved the day! We experienced 3 failures by Costco to deliver the exact same refrigerator. Curtis was effective at selling the features of the refrigerator even though we already knew which one we wanted. Very important to me is he was efficient with our time. He was both quick with making sure we got the right appliances and the purchase process was also very quick while still being friendly and engaging. If you need appliances, save yourself the pain and just start with Airport Appliance."

"Mike M at the Airport Home Appliance store in Concord was terrific - he was knowledgeable and got us a great deal on a slightly imperfect open box GE profile gas range that was much nicer model than what we planned to spend, but it was exactly within our budget.
