"Today I had Ron from Sears do a preventative service on my heater in the attic. He was on time, very personable and especially knowledgeable on my product. He explained what he did and the condition of my heater and showed me a picture of a part that needs to be watched for the future. Very professional service. I would ask for him for future service needs."

"The technician showed up an hour early without calling. I was not at home so he dealt with my daughter. We had been experiencing issues with laundry on spin cycle and he told her it was due to unbalanced loads. He didn't want to wait ten minutes for me to get back home and meet with me, and told my daughter he had to go. She ended up paying him ( I told her not to) but she's young and too polite so he took advantage of her. He did not explain or communicate anything about how he diagnosed the issue or reached his conclusion that there was nothing wrong with the machine. It seemed like he didn't want to be bothered with fixing anything just wanted to leave as quickly as possible with minimal effort into diagnosing and communicating. He never called me directly to say he would be at my home an hour early, or to explain what he found. Seems like I wasted $100."
