"I have been a customer of this store since it opened and up until 3 months ago I had enjoyed shopping at Chico's Orchard Hills. In the last 3 months I have placed 2 separate orders for pick-up and each time I have left empty-handed. The 1st time in December when I went to pick-up my order they didn't have it and the manager said they had to cancel the order without offering me any alternative. The 2nd time this past week, I went to pick up my order and they wanted to give me something I did not order. I had to insist and show them the confirmation so they could see that what they were trying to sell me wasn't what I ordered. The manager told me they never make mistakes when they set aside the orders and then informed me they didn't have the top I ordered. My husband and daughter are both in sales, I know what customer service should be like and this store is seriously lacking."

"Great clothes for work that are classy, comfy and I can get dressed in one minute if I need to. Amazing! Such easy and beautiful styling! There are alway so many choices of colors and styles!! The staff are wonderful and very helpful The sales are consistently available and really fun! It is the perfect place to shop!"
