"This Ross is Pathetic, just cause I looked at their expensive items they decided to follow me around through out the store . I was wearing a black jacket and had my wallet on me . I looked at kids books and they sent an employee to act like she was cleaning up. As soon as I walked away she walked away . I dropped my items I was planning on purchasing because they made me feel so uncomfortable. Apparently you can not look at their expensive items . Worst Ross ever !"

"Standard Ross here in Ventura. Crazy long lines like always. The inventory/stock seems to be much less then normal. Store itself is decently clean inside and outside. Large parking of course being located at the mall. Can run into the occasional shady people passing by so definitely be cautious at night in the parking. I came in this Ross the other night and the staff were in zombie mode, it was fairly slow/empty and the few workers I seen never said one word to me even after I addressed them coming in and leaving, it was strange and unprofessional. You get what get here at Ross, some nice things, handfuls of overpriced items, disorganized chaotic shelves and racks, long lines and people in a hurry. Time is money, so are you really saving shopping here?"
