Del Taco 3050 Main Street, Irvine, CA 92614

"I treat everyone with respect and how I want to be treated. I went through drive-thru with my oldest Daughter the passenger seat and youngest in the back. No other cars where in front of us nor, behind us. I made a simple 5x Chicken del carbon tacos order. The gentleman understood me and read back the order and I agreed. Yes that was it and asked me if I "would like any hot sauce" I replied the hottest sauce because I forgot the name of it. He said "ok" Get to the window and he repeated the order and said the total of $7 something I paid and he hands me my card then grabs the bag and hands me a bag of 4 mini churros.. I said after searching through the bag. Excuse me, this is not my order. He replied "what did you order man" I said the 5 He cut me off and said "The 5 del carbon tacos" I said yes! He said "Man wait for your order" I get the order and it is 3 del C tacos and no sauce. I say I am missing 2 tacos. He replied "Are you sure Man" At that point I was internally frustrated. He acknowledged it and had the Female employee make 2 more. He gave me the two back in the bag and takes some napkins and deliberately wipes them on the counter and puts them in the bag and says the sauce is in the bag. I count the 5 and drive away from drive thru. I go to look for the sauce and the sauce is not in the bag. At that point I was pissed for the apparent unprofessionalism and down right rudeness from a Manager. (He is wearing the Bkack shirt) I parked the car and go inside and asked for the Hottest hot sauce. He replied "Yea, sorry about that kid" I am a 41 year old Man that had my Kids in the car with the windows down and clearly All visible."

"person on the speaker was very rude, so i ended up driving out of there without ordering. As I drove up to place my order, I was thinking about what to get, then the lady on the speaker said, "Are you going to order or what?" . So without saying a word, I drove right up out of there and grabbed Carl's Jr instead."

"Carne asada fries and Crispy Chicken Taco with Habanero Sauce are really good. However, do not try Birria Ramen. It's really not good."

"I always stop by this Del Taco when I arrive in town. If you come in early, you will see that they truly do use fresh ingredients that they spend all morning chopping, slicing and dicing for the day's supply. It's simple Cali-Mex food for a good price. I'll be back!"

"A very impressive Del Taco location! Multiple rooms, various table sizes and options, and I love the separate dining area with the higher ceiling (for those of us who get a little claustrophobic). Staff was friendly, food came out fast, and the restaurant was clean. I ordered the flatbread chicken soft taco Bold style, a fish taco, and churro. The flatbread taco shined best here, whereas the Del Taco’s fish taco seems to get smaller and smaller with every order at different locations. Maybe they’re trying to phase it out, idk, but definitely NOT worth the price for the size and quality (something like 2.34 by itself). The churro is always a win. Get one."
