"The store wasn't busy, and one person over-seeing the self checkout, which had no line. Why couldn't the person over-seeing the self-checkout open the employee check out? Also, why charge for bags? HD doesn't."
"I came to pick up an order my sister in law placed for her brother that just got out of surgery and they did not want to release me the $450 dollars worth of paid goods. Even tho I was assigned as the pick up person with screenshots and link to the order. Both managers were super rude and completely dismissive and I’m sure was because they were almost closing! We had placed the order since the morning and at 7pm we finally received a pick up confirmation! I found the manager outside and tried to get his name and he ran inside and yelled “nope! We are closed” and closed the door on me. I had never received this kind of treatment anywhere they have to stop staffing older folks because they do not control their emotions well. My sister in law called them to see what the problem was and was upset given the fact that we waited so long and just to confirm I would be picking it up. I saw the lady slam the phone on her and said “I’m not talking to her she’s rude” like lady it’s $450 dollars worth of her money! She’s your customer she needs to know. Corporate will be called on this matter because I’ve never experienced anything like this before."
