"Poor shipping experience I ordered The dewalt tower light and a dewalt 4amp battery received battery a day before my Dewalt tower light even tho it was in the same purchase order once arrival of the dewalt tower light box had damage but light was not damaged I had purchased more than 7 tools from Factory Authorized Outlet and they do good packaging but this shippment was poor as seem on pictures seem like they didnt care for packaging the Light just came with original box from tool no additional packaging or box from Factory Authorized Outlet pretty Disappointed"

"Ordered an air compressor. Came delivered as promised but box was damaged. Compressor has scratches and gouges...but did work. Looks like it was abused during shipping. In retrospect, packaging is very poor and delivery company did an extremely poor job ensuring they were careful handling the contents. While pricing was great- I'd reconsider ordering from them again without some assurances on product integrity."
