"I'm pretty dissatisfied with the interactions I've had with Appliance Connection, in fact I feel as if they are not credible or concerned with customer service. My elderly parents FINALLY had their kitchen remodeled 10/2022 and we were referred to Appliance Connection by a friend who uses the company for her Home Design business. My parents ordered 4 appliances, refrigerator, microwave, oven and dishwasher. All of which arrived and were dropped of to my parents who are elderly and sick. Upon opening the items the Contractor noticed the dishwasher had been installed previously, there was visible damage to the back and the front, and the installation pieces were not included in the packaging. I immediately contacted the company who at first refused to help me stating my parents were supposed to "check" the items at point of delivery when in reality the delivery guy didnt give them time to check anything, and why would we open BRAND NEW items when we weren't installing them yet. Needless to say I spent multiple emails and calls to finally have someone contact me only to offer me a $50 refund and a 10 year warranty on the dishwasher. I of course refused the ofer and let them know that doesn't resolve the issue of damage used, and the missing materials. It wasn't until I let them know I had my lawyer ready to file a claim against them with the Better Business Bureau that they decided to do an even exchange. But now, 2-3 weeks later and all they've done is attempt to pick up the damaged item without any info on when the new item would arrive. At this point I just want a refund, I want them to get their damaged dishwasher and I'd like to help my parents finish their project and enjoy their new kitchen. . I would not order from them EVER again simply because if an issue occurs they will do everything in their power to make you the customer responsible for it and they have no problem. Nothing pleasant about this order and I can't wait until it's all resolved."

"This is the worst company ever. We purchased a washer and dryer in November 2021. They delivered 6 weeks later and delivered a broken dryer. It took 4 weeks for them to agree to fix it but never came out to service us. We then demanded a refund. They refused and said they had no reason to refund it. We threatened a law suit, bad review etc... They finally agreed to pick it up. It took them 4 months, last week, to pick it up. They are now refusing to refund us. All this time, with a new born, we were unable to wash our clothing at home since we could not afford another washer and dryer. They did not care about our issue and ONLY wanted the screw us for their sale. Horrible customer service, product quality and should NOT be in business. Check out BBB on them. It is horrible what they are doing to the public with their company. Buyer beware!!!!!!!!!"

"I bought a stove and refrigerator for my tiny home from this retailer. If I had to do it again, I would not have chosen Appliance Connection. The communication was horrible, and in the end, they never delivered the refrigerator and still charged me approx. $450 of the $1186 for it. I had confirmation it was on hold, but they said it was not. They did not alert me or my builder when it was being shipped. Then, they said it was in a storage in Denver, waiting for a good time to deliver, but when I called storage, it was no longer there. They still charged me for no refrigerator."

"Transaction was easy, great customer service at Goedekers appliances which is owned by AC. The refrigerator was delayed to arrive because of the pandemic caused supply chain issues, but it did eventually make it. The installation crew was amazing and the appliance was scratch and dent free. Happy with our purchase."

"I purchased two mini split units through Sears.com and I received the units however the outside unit is not included so I had to return them not knowing that it would be a nightmare. Today, 10/15/20 I was able to speak to manager of Market Place Frankie Mair and he was able to give me some peace of mind that he would take care of my return.I had been calling Sears and receiving responses through email which were not clear and Frankie was able to explain everything and sent me what I need to ship these units back. He is definitely a great customer service and puts the customer on ease"
