"So I ordered a medicine ball from here, via Amazon. I got notification it had been delivered -- to a totally different state -- due to an error with the shipping guys! I sent a quick message via Amazon, and next thing I know, the situation is 100% fixed, and 100% perfect. You have to realize, this is during the height of quarantine, when everything is out of stock, people are working crazy hours, and there's no staff to help with anything. Jason and his guys took great care of me, and I can't recommend this company enough. People don't have to be perfect, and either do companies. But when people care about people, and when companies care about people and what they do, it makes all the difference. Looking forward to shopping with these guys again. 100% would recommend. (Also, the medicine ball is bad*ss)"
