"I walked into this location (carrying a Micheal Kors Hamilton bag, btw) and there were 4 or 5 associates talking behind the desk. No one said a word to me, but as soon as I started looking at bags on the wall and took one down an associate came and started watching me while pretending to straighten up wallets. I could see her watching me in the wall mirror and she was literally picking up wallets and putting them right back down. My fiancé came in the store and observed the same thing and told me that we were leaving. On the way out, we did advise the associate that we weren't stealing anything and I also mentioned that I wasn't greeted and I don't spend my money where I'm not treated respectfully. They lost a sale today and a customer forever. If you look at the other reviews for this location, others have had similar experiences."

"I won’t be buying anything else from Michael Kors. I bought a watch for my birthday on May 30. I come to the outlet (June 19) to get store credit or an exchange of something else. Anything. The lady with blondish hair first tells me that there is nothing they can do and to call a number to see if they can re coat it. I explain I do not want that as It’s been only 2-3 weeks for this watch. She then says they only do exchanges or returns for thirty days. I said it’s less than thirty days, looks up and says why day is it (less then 30 days) and then goes to the back to make a phone call and says yeah there isn’t anything we can do about it. I haven’t even had my watch for longer than 3 WEEKS!! My watch should not be wearing like this in 3 weeks. long story short, don’t buy anything from MK. I just wanted some credit for a faulty watch I was given."

"Good place for a great gift. I bought the lady a bag with matching wallet and the sandals to match as well. She loved it and wore it all on our Bahamas cruise the next day."

"I was blatantly ignored by multiple employees. They literally brushed past me to get to other customers. I was ready to buy an entire set but I got just a wallet instead. The cashier was the worst. She only asked if anyone had helped me and she didn’t even know who I was taking about. She didn’t even ask if I found everything okay. When I was done she just set my bag on the counter and looked at me like “go away”. Your male employees are rude. Only Taylor and a young lady with red passion twist were nice and helpful."

"I was treated like pure garbage by a gentleman named Justin. He was very rude and had an attitude. I had called the store asking about a particular item and was told a note would be made about the purse where I could pick it up. Justin said they don't make notes there. I was like okay and asked him about other purses. He was very rude and condescending. If not for a very nice lady named Kat I would have walked out of the store. No one else there was helpful. They were just walking around and standing around talking. Kat seen how upset I was after I explained the situation to her. She helped me pick out a very nice purse and wallet. The store needs to think about putting her in a manager position and getting rid of the other dead weight."
