"This review is not toward this Costco but toward one of its employee that really made my shopping experience horrible. During my recent Costco shopping experience, I encountered a disappointing situation at the self-checkout involving an employee named Rosa. Despite purchasing five packs of heavy drinks, Rosa refused to use her scan gun to assist with the scanning process. She told me it is self checkout and everyone is doing it themselves. So, I had to pick up the 5 packs of drinks from my carts, manually scan each item, place them on the scale, and then put the drinks back to the cart. Such horrendous attitudes and approach not only contradicted the typical assistance provided at self-checkout but also significantly inconvenienced customers, especially those with bulk purchases. Her refusal to use available tools to assist the process appeared to be a deviation from the cooperative and customer-friendly atmosphere usually associated with Costco. Moreover, I overheard Rosa explicitly denying assistance to other customers, stating that she is not paid for such tasks. This attitude towards customers is concerning and contradicts the customer-centric reputation that Costco aims to uphold. I believe such behavior from an employee like Rosa could be considered harmful to Costco's otherwise positive reputation for outstanding customer service. It's crucial for the management to address these instances promptly to ensure that Costco maintains its commitment to customer satisfaction. In short, I really think this lady named Rosa should be fired."

"One of our favorite Costcos in the Bay Area. Got lots of stuff that we like which you can’t get in many of the other locations. And many on discounts too! And now that the other new one is opened in Newark, it’s practically empty during the weekdays. So easy parking and quick in and out. And the service by the employees is better too cos they’re not as busy and rushing around like in other locations!"

"As usual great Costco store experience. There few Asian special items are sold in this store. Lots of parking space. Gas station and food court is also present in this Costco."

"It was overcrowded (we visited on Saturday). All Indian dal's are available and it also has Sona Masoori in stock. They have started selling Motichoor Laddu, Pani Puri, Khatta Meetha and two varieties of Haldiram's sweets and Savory combos. They cut the pizza into small pieces, which was loved by my entire family. The pizza was cooked perfectly."
