"Not even able to get it installed yet. I tried to book installation service with the machine, the person insisted on coming over this Sunday despite that I said other dates will work better for me. After lots of back and forth, turns out that it was because he has work in the city the same day, so he wanted to save himself the travel. Fine. I said he can come over Sunday evening and I got home early in time for the installation. The person didn’t show up. Customer service disappeared and no one responded. Very ridiculous experience."

"I bought a 800 pro model. After we installed the product, the fan creates an up and down sound which is annoy. the shop told me that either the flow of our pipe is not enough or we need to take out the panel on the product that may block the flow. They said they will not let me return because I installed the product already. But how do I know if this is a problem if i did not install the product! is it possible the product is defective! When they sell us the product, they did not mention requirements like this. I don't think my house is any different then others. my pipe is 6 inches wide like the sales guy mentioned. What should i do? Should I dispute this on my credit card?"
